In 1981 Dr. Fabricant settled in Upland, California and established what has become the Pacific Eye Institute, one of the finest ophthalmic care facilities in the Inland Empire. The Pacific Eye Institute ambulatory surgery center is a modern 9,200 square foot facility. The facility has two state-of-the-art surgical suites. We have also recently added a new Laser Surgery Center that is on the cutting-edge of laser vision correction technology. These facilities allow patients to undergo procedures such as LASIK surgery or cataract removal and lens implant without hospitalization.

Since the first year, Dr. Fabricant and his staff has provided the Inland Empire with the highest quality vision care possible treating cataracts, glaucoma, and more. As years have passed the Pacific Eye Institute Laser Center has expanded to serve more of California. With locations now in Upland, Victorville, Rancho Cucamonga and Barstow the professionals at the Pacific Eye Institute Laser Center are there for you.
