Participated in a small-incision cataract surgery training program, with experience as the primary surgeon in 13 cases. Observed the delivery of ophthalmologic care to an underserved population in the Indian health care system.

Facilitated the ordering and delivery of ophthalmic medications to inpatients by assisting pharmacists in creating evidence-based compounding protocols.
