Laser Center Procedures
The Laser
LADARVision® 4000
There are many differences in LASIK equipment. One system follows eye movement with a laser radar tracker, others with a video or "active" tracker, and still others don't use a tracking system at all. The width of the laser beam varies considerably from system to system as well.
These technological differences matter, because they can affect what happens during the procedure. More importantly, they can affect the vision you will have for the rest of your life
Dr. Fabricant, being a leader in technology and demanding only the best for his patients, has chosen the LADARVision® 4000 system for Lasik procedures. The benefits in safety and accuracy in results are far superior to other laser systems.
It's important to note, not every laser system is approved by the FDA, to treat every type of vision problem.
The LADARVision® 4000 system is FDA approved for a broad range of problems from myopia to hyperopia, with or without astigmatism, and is approved to correct mixed astigmatism.
An active, closed-loop tracker, a flying small-spot beam, and FDA approval for the treatment of a broad range of eye conditions. Only the LADARVision® 4000 system can offer all these advantages.

"Since having the Lasik procedure performed, it has eliminated the awkwardness of wearing glasses. Dr. Fabriciant is GREAT - he answered all my questions, put my mind at ease in making my decision and surgery was a complete success. Thank you!!"

"There are numerous Lasik centers in the Inland Empire and the decision to go to one over the other is not easy. I chose Pacific Eye Institute Laser Center because Dr. Fabricant's reputation within the community as an eye surgeon is outstanding...”

My failing sight came with age, and threatened to end my career. In a few "pain-free-moments" he restored my ability to read my radio and television scripts, and the teleprompter.
The good doctor's expertise is a blessing to me and countless others.
