Leonardo Velazquez, O.D.

Dr. Leonardo Velazquez is a bilingual national and state board-certified optometrist. He is a leading provider of ocular medical care at the Pacific Eye Institute. He has provided a high level of primary eye care throughout the Inland Empire for several years and was awarded “Top Doctor” in 2018 for his outstanding service. Dr. Velazquez grew up in central California and received a B.S in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. His Doctorate of Optometry was earned from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry. Outside of work he enjoys playing sports, classic cars and traveling.
